If you’re going to do something, I say do it right! That includes eating meat. Luckily I live in rural south Georgia where hunting and fishing are a part of every day life. I know a lot of avid bow hunters who pride themselves in mastering the art of archery, my brother being one. He is going to take me deer hunting when the season comes around, so I have been practicing every day. There is something so satisfying about hitting your mark! The feeling is hard to explain.
I switched from a recurve bow to a compound and I absolutely LOVE my new bow! I had the draw weight and length set at a local outdoor goods store. I got some arrows cut to fit since the bow doesn’t come with arrows. They even helped me set the 20 yard sight. I also got a release which isn’t necessary…
